Acidic Foods
Why are most foods acidic, not basic? What is the most basic food you can eat?
Basic foods would not include, for example, soap even though it might be edible.
Eggs have a ph of 7.6-8.0…thats pretty basic seeing that most foods we eat are between 2-7.
